December 28 – VITO Technology announces a major update of its best-seller VITO ButtonMapper. Now it can offer you some new additional functions: task switching and time checking. All this has become available as VITO TaskSwitcher and PopupClock have been integrated into ButtonMapper. Now you can assign hardware buttons to run TaskSwitcher and PopupClock from within VITO ButtonMapper.
VITO TaskSwitcher allows you to operate running tasks from pop-up list using stylus or hardware buttons: just press an assigned button to run it. In the list navigate both with stylus and keypad or jog dial. When operating with buttons press Enter to switch to highlighted item or use autoselect to switch automatically in a period of time (1-4 seconds). You can also start a highlighted application by pressing the right button or close TaskSwitcher by pressing the left one. There are also such options as closing the active application or all applications. This might be extremetly helpful when you have only one free hand to operate your PocketPC. Customize your TaskSwitcher with plenty of funny skins.
VITO PopupClock is easy to use clock for your Pocket PC. It is the best variant if you have a mobile lifestyle - always ready to show you the precise time.
