There are quite a few paid versions of software which will let you store your credit card numbers, passwords and other personal data on your Pocket PC without worry of someone being able to simply open it and view it. But depending on the security scheme the others use, they can be quite expensive. myCodes (lite) by pocketworks is a freeware alternative the you can try out in use on your Pocket PC. For the moment, myCodes is available as freeware lite-version.
The pro-version offers additional features!
Don’t you know that? Your faithful companion, the PDA, serves as a storage unit for multiple information you do not want to miss on the way. Thus, code names, bank data, etc. are accumulated in diverse notes or text files on the device. But, what happens in case that an unauthorized person gets access to your device? He or she could easily see and use all this sensitive data! Thanks Hantra! Does anyone in our reading audience have experience with this program?
