Hi All,
I'm using ActiveSync 3.8 for several of weeks.
Something went wrong and I can't sync. for 3 days.
I check to see on my desktop and iPAQ but I install nothing new on both.
I went throgh the help on my iPAQ and desktop but nothing help.
Can someone help?
and' is there any program better than ActiveSync 3.8 to do the same or better work??

I soft reset and also hard reset my device...no change.
I check my USB port with other device (USB mouse)
and it's working OK.
I'm also charging the device throgh the USB and that is working.
Just the sync. is not working...
Do you have any idea?...

Ok, here's what I have done in the past on Windows XP Pro. Dock your PPC and remove the CE USB sync control from Device Manager (see screen below)
Just highlight that and right click to delete. Then reboot your computer and dock your PPC.
It should be detected and reinstalled, clearing up the problem.
I can't make any guarantees, so do at your own risk, but it's a fairly harmless thing to do.
try active sync 4.5 or open active sync ,click on file check 1st mobile device then check connection settings make sure the first 2 boxes are checked (show status and allow usb conn.)maybe this works I love my 5555
