menu items on top

Hi all,
I'm trying to find a program that will put the programs icons from the bottom of my iPAQ 5555 screen (WM2003) to the top of it include the "START".
I don't know any program but I saw it in several pictures here and in other sites.

Drum, I love Juni's new skin, but it doesn't look half that good in QVGA.. Still waiting on my VGA device.

1. Drum, you don't wrote the program name...
2. It look similar to what I'm looking for, but I want that all opened program icons will be it top and not in bottom...

Wisbar does that - it is what Drumforever is running. It will list all running programs at the top. It is a setting within the program.

Yes, Wisbar Advance 2 is doing that. I'm not sure I can get rid of the New, BT, and Wifi icons at the bottom but the others are ones I have turned on in Wisbar or ilauncher. All else is at the top along with 2 programmable icons. All running apps are under the next to last button at the top.

Yeah, I switch between Juni's and Lightman's Wisbar skins. I do love that VGA though...
