Well here is the deal i have a telescope, a meade telescope that runs of this lame autotracker, well i find I can hook the think up to my lap top and run the drives, well guess what the crap dosnt work. SoooO i was wondering if anyone anywhere knew of someting i could use software wise in a Ipaq 4350
Could you be more specific on what you want to do with the iPaq? I mean, there are great applications for star charting/star maps, but other than that, there aren't too many astronomical applications for PPC...as the matter of fact, I'm not aware of any which allow you to control the telescope or anything of that nature.
Well, maybe this one: http://www.nexstarsite.com/PNSOL.htm
ETX 70AT by Meade, with that Autostar hand held so far I am unable to find anything that will get it to run the scope but did download the Pocket Stars that was handy hah but still cannot get the laptop connected to the Meade, or find anything to run the scope via the Ipaq
Someone did have soemthing in a pocket to run these, I am learning this as I go, and still have yet to allign it right HAHA anyway I thought it would be easyer for a pocket PC scope control instead of my laptop
You might check into Deepsky for Pocket PC
or TheSky Pocket Edition
I don't own a telescope and don't know if your model is supported but you can check the compatibility lists on the respective sites.
