opening multiple browsers on dell axim x30

I am creating a web based application that would run on my pda but I need to know if I can open two browsers simultaneously and be able to refresh the browser every 10 seconds.

You can open different tabs if you have Netfront browser. You can't run two instances of PIE though.

how about running an applet on a pocket pc can it be done and which JVM should be best for windows mobile 2003 second edition
