You know, I look at the themes and graphics over at Pocket McDeb and I am envious. She makes some awesome graphics. I Wish I was as visually gifted. But I digress... McDeb has released a new version of Thememaker McDeb. It is that Theme maker for your Pocket PC today screen. It has been upgraded to version 4 and offers several new enhancements.
