I've been using version 1.3 for awhile now, and downloaded the new version and it upgraded seamlessly, and there were no additonal fees...yea for me!
I find it really handy to use, since I love my iPaq, but things like file extensions scare me to death, this allows me to keep most of the junk build up off.
I'd recommend it to any user.
