My PPC (HP 4350) wakes up from being off every 20mins or so with the message (unable to connect; you have no modem entries created, and no network card present).
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
I have all reminders set to blink light and alarm, so its not trying to send any appointments or anything via WAN.
Any Help would be appreciated

What this typically is concerns your inbox settings. If you have in your inbox set to connect and checked for e-mail every 15 minutes or 20 minutes, it will connect whether your Pocket PC is on or off -- whether your Pocket PC's Internet connection is on or off. The obvious solution is to turn off automatic connecting.
