i got this a while ago and its running on win pocket pc version 3.0. somehow when i was using the pda the entire system would reset itself. after when it has reset itself i would loose all my plan, phones, adress...ect. this has already happen couple times to me is there anyway i can fix this? or is there anyway i can install a newer OS so it wouldnt mess up again? thank you so much
You should back up your whole device and do a hand reset. If It then continues then likely it is a hardware error.
