[Q] How to remove programs that won't go?!

How do I remove programs that refuses to be deleted?
I installed this launcher called CLaunch. Had a look and decided not to keep. But I just can't remove it!
I could do a hard reset, but then I'd loose all and have to do a slow & painful job of re-installing my programs.
I'm using a HP iPaq 4150 BTW

Why don't you try going into the cLaunch Options and clicking on the big Uninstall button under the About page? Hope that helps

Tried that but it said that I should remove it in the Remove Programs section. Obviously that didn't work either

First I would go nab the trial version of Resco Explorer then I would do a find using it on cLaunch, delete everything in there, then go into the registry and do a find again on cLaunch, delete all that. Back up before you do this!

To un-install progs like Clauch from your PPC, these sort of programs need to be un-installed from Active Sync, by going to Tools, Add/Remove Progs and untick the necesarry box from there to fully uninstall the prog. I know as a fact this case applies to some progs, but I dont think all.
