"Contact management is probably the first functionality used when a new owner starts exploring the functionality on a new Pocket PC. The PIM functions are integral part of the device, even having buttons that bring up contacts and appointments directly to the screen. Pocket PC devices are small enough to fit in your pocket, but in general they require the owner to use both hands to comfortably navigate through its menus and functions.
However, things start getting complicated if one hand is busy - holding a mobile phone, or writing notes.
