This is a bit morbid, but another Software title from Arkansoft called WMD SWAG promises to turn your average Pocket PC owner into a full fledged disaster site analyst. You basically enter the symptoms you find at any disaster site, for instance people coughing or experincing tightness of chest, etc. WMD SWAG will then give you an idea of what you're dealing with.
