Device registry

well when i search the path in device registry i'm getting like this :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\partners\p1.
instead as referred to MSDN
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\Services\Synchronization\All\object-type
help me out with this issue.

i'm trying to register my dll on device. for which ineed to set the registry of device.
help me out, i'm getting my application in the activesync but i'm not able to enable.

I'm still drawing a blank. I've never registered a .dll manually on a device. what program is this?

The best way to register a dll is using a little program called regsvrce.exe that can be found in the eVT.
