Free VoIP software released for Pocket PC

We have listed quite a few VoIP solutions available for Pocket PC. Now Windows For Devices has found another one. Yes, Talking Technologies is attempting to do the same as Skype and WiFive in offering free phone calls over the net via our Pocket PC devices. Gotta like "Free"!
Talking Technologies is shipping a free beta of its software VoIP (voice over IP) phone for Pocket PC. The EN-PDA Softphone 1.13 permits users to make inexpensive outgoing calls after registering with a SIP (session initiation protocol) gateway service, with support for incoming calls pending until a future revision.
According to Talking Technologies, EN-PDA complies with SIP (session initiation protocol) and H.323 standards. It uses Microsoft's G.723.1 compression voice codec to offer advanced digital signal processing features such as audio echo cancellation, audio streaming, automatic gain control, voice activity detection, and noise reduction, according to the company.
