Toshiba PPC keeps freezing

Hi, I am new to the forum - please forgive me if I am posting in the wrong section.
I have a Toshiba e750 with wifi. It seems to constantly freeze up. That is, every now and then (once every four hours of use) the screen freezes. I am still able to navigate around the ppc using the buttons at the bottom of the unit, but when tapping the screen with the stylus, there is no reaction. I ahve tried soft rest with no luck. Then hard reset. This works sometimes, but not always, making me think it is a hardware problem. Has anyone else had a similar problem and knows a quick fix?

If you are hard resetting and the freezing still occurs, you must have a hardware problem.
Note: If you are hard resetting and then restoring from backup, you might be restoring an erroneous file. Are you restoring from backup?
