Which Oxford dictionary that works the best on PocketPC 2003

As a loyal user of Oxford English Dictionary (OED), I would appreciate you could share comments, comparative reviews and third party reviews about Oxford English dictionaries for PocketPC currently available on the market.
I want to find out, not quality but in terms of true compatibility, who makes the Oxford dictionary that works flawlessly on PocketPC 2003?
I am persistent in getting an Oxford dictionaries work on my iPAQ4155. As far as I researched, two companies on the market publish/sell Oxford dictionaries, namely www.handmark.com and www.mobi-systems.com . I tried the free demo of mobi-systems's version of Oxford dictionaries. The MSDict Viewer could not locate and open the dictionary files itself. Which resulted in virtual uselessness of the dictionaries. To be very sure, I tested mobi-systems's by doing several refresh-installs on a hard-reset iPAQ4150, but no go.
PocketPC devices changed, my experiences with Oxford reference products is extremely disappointing, ever since the early era of Pocket Oxford busted by legal issues. My experiences have got very skeptical any new release of Oxford reference.
Despite all this, as loyal user of Oxford English Dictionary (OED) on PC, I still secretly have the wish that I might be able to able have the similar on my PocketPC...
Thanks for advising.
