Okay,
I went to lunch today and when I came back...
No more activesyncing available. I thought it was my bluetooth connection, so I hooked up the old USB cable and nothing there either.
I've just updated Win XP with the latest available updates yesterday. I guess I did reboot after that and that's when this happened too.
Any clues guys?

So what does that mean B-Rad?
I can get a Bluetooth serial connection and everything, just no activesync connection bluetooth or otherwise.

Go to Start>Help & Support and when that opens, choose "Undo changes to your computer with a system restore point" launch that and choose a date from last week and you should be golden in 15 mins or less...
As long as it DID work last week.

Ok,
Open activesync on your desktop. Choose File>Connection settings and make sure there is a checkmark for allow USB connections. Hit ok, then close.
Redock your PPC.
Here's what I'm getting on the PPC side...
"Cannot start communications with the desktop computer. The commmunications port is not available. Another program may be using the port, or it may not be valid.
Quit any programs that may be using the port and reconnect. If the problems persist, restart your device using instructions provided by the manufacturer."

I'm happy to help...Microsoft is paying me $0.00 though! We aren't affiliated....but ahhh...to have that gig would be nice (at least for help financing the site, etc.)
