Review: Backup Utilities for the Pocket PC

Brad has posted a tip of the week in the past regarding Backup & Restore Your PPC with Activesync. MTekk has taken it a step further with an article that reviews a round up of backup utilities. Backup Utilities for the Pocket PC and Smartphone reviews 4 different utilities for backing up your PPC and rates the utilities at the end.
The nature of the PDA makes the issue of backups all the more important - not only is it more exposed to theft and damage but it also tends to contain information of a more important nature i.e. business contacts and schedules.
Conclusion:
My current solution... ActiveSync together with MobSync! ActiveSync takes care of a quite satisfactory automated backup of the rapidly changing and most valuable data albeit less flexibly than Sprite, MobSync takes care of the more irregular and minor changes on the Storage and Storage card.
Rating:
ActiveSync -- 9/10
MobSync -- 7.5/10
Sprite Backup -- 7/10
SunnySoft Backup Manager -- 7/10

What do you use to backup your PPC? Do you even back it up?

Personally I back up my device using the standard app supplied with the Ipaq, on a monthly basis.
I also burn my downloads directory to dvd, as that would contain all the apps I've installed on my storage cards.
I've been burned a few times, with impromptu hard resets required as a result of downloading and installing a demo or app .
After about the 8th time, the message started to sink in . Still it is nice to start off the day with a fresh, factory clean machine .
