problem/question about "o2 XDA Orbit

Hello,

I need some help with my “o2 XDA Orbit”
Basically I was just receiving a text and suddenly the screen goes off, I thought that could be battery but it wasn’t.

So basically, what’s happened was the phone was working I could receive calls etc but I just can see what is on the screen because is very very dark.
I did several thing, took battery off try other etc but the problem still.

Basically I can see the screen clearly and perfectly until the PIN after that the screen goes off emidiatle I just have pro press one key... but the phone is working but I cannot see nothing.

Now the funny thing is if the phone is plugged with a USB cable to the computer is working perfectly, when I unplugged the cable it will back to the same problem

Please I need help to solve this problem...
Thank you all for your time reading this...

Hugo
