I have a HTC6800 w/ 4gig storage card. Using DVDVideosoft program to convert AVI to MP4.
I just want to drag and drop AVI into my storage card and play it on my HTC 6800... but instead it tries to convert the AVI and then WindowsMedia will not play the converted file within POcket PC6.0.
The auto conversion built in to Pocket PC 6 is a pain in the butt because it does not give the option to chage the default storage location of the converting copy. This is a MAJOR problem for me because my default drive with my OS is mapped to only store software and a 1gig conversion video file criples my system and can not complete the process due to the fact I only have 1gig operating storage free on the Operating system drive. I have plenty of room open on the storage drive but can not change the storage location when the Pocket OS starts converting on drag/drop.
I am using the DVDVideosoft converter program to convert AFI to MP4 but it makes the files too large.
What are some options for me to consider? What am I missing here?
Please reply by email to tf@frentzs.8k.com so I do not miss any replies or have to log back in here.
thanks for any help,
Tim
