Help Connecting To WiFi With 8125!!!

I just got a Cingular 8125 and I connected to my WiFi just fine last night. I went to Connections and Network Cards and it brought up my Wireless and a bunch of other ones around! It worked fine! But now when I go to Network Cards it brings up "Configure Network Adapters," "My Network Card Connects To:" then you select either Internet or Work, then below that it says, "Tap an adapter to modify settings."
I don't know what any of those adapters are! It never did this before, as it just brought up all the wireless!
I can't connect now, and it's VERY frustrating.
I need STEP-BY-STEP help, here...
