Problem: Could not save pictures to 100Media folder on Storage Card. Even trying to move pictures on storage card from another folder ended in failure. No problems saving pictures to main camera. Additionally, I could not copy or cut/paste a picture from the main camera memory to the Storage Card.
Solution: Ah, so simple. I renamed the 100Media folder to something else just in case it caused problems. For instance, I renamed the folder 100M. Then, I created a new folder called 100Media under the DCIM main folder.
Checked to make sure that the camera could actually save to the new 100Media folder. Presto! It worked. Deleted the old folder called 100M.
Hope this helps someone else since the Sprint Techs suggested a "Hard Reset" as the solution! I am so glad I balked at their suggestion.
