Is it possible to update contacts on my boss's phone (PPC6700) from my PC at the office?
We use Exchange Server to synch remotely for updates, so I have been successful in establishing the synch relationship, but I'm unsure as to how to update phone numbers on his phone without having the phone here. I've read the manual repeatedly, and it only references "using Outlook on the PC to synch contacts between the device and the PC" (section 7.4), but it doesn't explain how.
Well if the Exchange Server is where his contacts are stored, then you can make the changes there so that when he syncs with the server the next time around, the changes are copied over. Of course for this to work, he will have to sync his contacts as well.
