This is my first post. I just got a pocket PC and I am trying to link my calendar appointments with my contact address/phone list in MS outlook.
At this point, I have successfully loaded my appointments, and I successfully loaded my contacts list. However, if I want to call the client prior to the appointment, I must scroll through a lengthy contacts list to look up the number.
Couldn't I somehow just tap the person's name on the appointment list and have the contact information appear?
I do not use the generic applications in Windows Mobile so I am not too sure if it is possible.
However, I use Pocket Informant (they just came out with a new version recently which is awesome) and it can do what you want and more. They come with a trial so why not give it a shot before deciding if it's the one for you?
