HELP: USB error when i updated Ipaq 2795 ROM Firmware

Help!
I updated my Ipaq 2795 but there was a usb error.
Now my ipaq doesn't run, it tells me Pre-BL: 1.00.04.
I put ipaq into cradle and Usb cladle into my notebook, Ipaq tells me USB is connected.
I read many post into internet but i don't resolve my big problem.
I read that i must use mtty11a.exe but It doesn't find my ipad (same activesync on XP).
Can you help me?
I called Hp and It tells me that i must send Ipaq.
Hp must change motherboard!!!
I must find a program to connect my pc --> ipaq so i can put rom image.
I've also a SD card with flash Rom but i don't known how start up from it.
Help!!!

Hi Tony While I was searching for my problem. I found out that you have the same problem too. Since I finally got my device working, I couldn't sleep not letting you know how to get yours back. Listen carefully. the reason you cant get your device working is that it shows USB is connected. A few things not to forget : 1. plug the a/c power to your cradle (I guess that's the reason we have get the error in the first place while updating the ROM) 2. Download the universalbootloader.exe (UBL.exe) from here: http://internap.dl.sourceforge.net/s...er_Install.exe 3. Put your device in bootloader mode by pressing ITASK+CONTACTS+RESET, and put it in the sync cradle. On IPAQ HX2000 SERIES - YOU WILL SEE "USB CONNECTED", THEN PRESS CALENDAR BUTTON FOR 2-4 SECONDS, IT WILL CHANGE TO "USB". 4. Download and Run the update ROM from HP site. It will try to make a folder on your C drive, make sure it is something like C:\iPAQ\SPXXXXX (mine was SP33752 ) 5.after it upacked itself , cancel it. 5. RUN UBL.exe 6. Select hpRUU.exe from C:\iPAQ\SP33752 now let it do the rest. It will go through without any problem. Please drop me a line then we both laugh at HP tech support for not telling the true details. Now I am looking for a working ROM of WM 6.1 for my Hx2795. Have you come across any while searching hear and there? Yours, Coolluck

Thanks! I had the same problem and I had to send my ipaq in under warranty and wait 2 weeks for it. I've saved your advice etc. for future use.
