Ok,
I am addicted to runescape....some of you may play it. Its a java based mmorg if i used the letters correctly. I used to be able to get to the home page but now it doesn't show up on my IE when I go to the page. I have a 8125 and WM5. I have java intent on the pocketPC / phone. Others have told me they play the game on their phones which aren't a pocket pc. They recommend a jave runtime environment but I have been reading and isn't that what intent is?
Any help in getting this to work would be greatly appreciated. I have read some about opera browser for pocket pc is this needed?
I am far from a java expert, but the 8125 comes with a midlet manager that is designed to run java apps. Trying running that program and see if you can see you app (Start|Programs|Midlet Manager)
The address to the page is RuneScape - the massive online adventure game by Jagex Ltd.... that is where you enter the game. In june i was able to view the page but didn't try much further...i am doing this on the wifi setting. Now it says loading 1 kb and shows a blank white screen.... its a java based program but for some reason its not even loading the start page.
