i was curious how to streamline the programs and files that are normally in there when we get the phone.
like on my home pc i know which files i use and know where to delete them to have my pc run faster.
on the mogul does anyone know which files we need to keep and where they are in the directory. i wanted to just keep the bare minimum on the phone and nothing else. i can either upgrade what i need or may not even use the items but i dont know where to start with the deletions. anyone do this yet?

Well just to start...depending on what you would be using...i removed GetGood and all of the Audible Air programs which cleared up some space. If you want a little boost in speed try this.
Use a Registry Editor (you can find a good one using google)
HKLM/System/GDI/GLYPHCACHE/
Change DWord limit to 8192 or even up to 32768 (i have mine set at 32768 and it gave me a BIG boost)
