I'm using a Benq P51 phone and recently faced this issue.
When using the two factor authentication from a local back (which sends you an sms each time you log in to internet banking), I'm unable to receive the sms it sends.
My phone switches on indicating that something is happening but nothing appears in the SMS inbox. I suspect its being blocked.
It appears that the bank's sms is sent with no incoming number - not sure if this is the problem - could the Benq be blocking sms-es without an incoming number? Is there a setting somewhere to disable this?
When I switch SIM cards to my other phone, the HP 6515, all goes well. Hence I've narrowed the problem down to the phone itself.
This is a new phone so it could be some setting somewhere and I would appreciate if someone could help.
