windows mobile 6 sms help

Could anyone please help me ?

I want to remove the popup preview when i recieve an sms message on my xda orbit.
I would just like it to notify me and not dispay in for anyone near my phone to see !

I am using the standard sms program.

1. go to settings/today/items and uncheck Messaging
