I purchased an Imate JasJar early last year, used the phone for about 6 months, broke the screen and never used it.
Now i have had it repaired about 4 weeks ago so up and running again best choice ever made.
However this morning i got an SMS from somebody. And then when i went to go into the inbox it wouldn't let me, it'd let me use all the other phone functions, and PDA, just wouldn't let me go into my inbox. I tried clicking on the today screen to get into the inbox, i tried choosing it from the start menu, and even tried pressing the key on the keyboard. So i thought i'd press the reset button with the stylus. Now it just loads up and gets to the my info screen. and wont let me go any further.
I try calling the phone from another, i can hear it is ringing. However the PDA just doesnt do anything.
I mentioned that i purchased it erly last year as i obviosuly had signed up with the support (my IMEI was already registerd) i just cant remember what i put it down for the life of me. I was thinking perhaps a ROM update mite have worked but i obviously cant get the ROM update. i tried emailing them to reset my password etc. but nothing. And i dont think it fair to pair $60 USD for somethign that 'may' fix the problem.'
Any ideas? Excuse the length but i just thought it'd be best for background info.
