how to optimize TCPMP for streaming-8125

Hey guys, i recently got orb, and it's awesome. I use TCPMP, and i want to know how to set the buffer to get optimal perfomance. More specifically, i want to know what raising and lowering the buffer does to streaming performance. Right now i have the "Normal buffer size" to 2967. Is it better to raise or lower the buffer if i want to get smooth video?
