where to put Ring tones for ppc6700?

hey folks i have a problem i know how to make ring tones i just cant find were to put them to make them work if you could please help me out

You can either save them into \Windows\Rings folder in main memory or directly in the root of yor storage card.

iv looked everywhere for windows/rings i couldnt find it i dont have a memory card at the moment is that something i would need to make it have windows/rings?

I recommend you purchase a storage card. you'll run out of memory very quickly if you place all your ringtones in the Rings folder.

if you right click on the active sync icon in your task bar and select explore and then double click on the icon that says my windows mobile device, it will open up the memory folders on the phone, from there open windows folder, then scroll down to Rings, paste the files in there and call it a day, if you load the ring tones on your phone you will experience a lag on the phone for it to actually ring becuase they are coming from a source that it does not normally come from...
