Low Volume on 8125

Suddenly the volume on my Cingular 8125 is half of what is was. The volume indicator is still showing full volume, so anyone know what caused the volume to drop? Appreciate your help.

The volume of what?

Is it the volume of the telephone calls that is low or is it the volume of the media player that is low??
