Hi! I need your help.. My phone's an O2 XDA Mini. I bought it second hand last year and I've been using it since about November. I had no problems with it so far until recently when it started resetting on its own! As much as 10-12 times a day! I don't know what happened really, I didn't do anything, I just replaced my SD card from the old 256mb to a new 1gig. It's such a hassle because my phone's out of reach whenever it resets. It's soft reset - my files, data and settings are all ok whenever it does. It really just bothers me a lot because sometimes when people call me their calls don't get through. Please I hope someone can help! THANKS!
i am currently experiencing the same issues...any feedback would be greatly appreciated. i am hella stressed out about this currenty situation.
my phone HARD resets on it's own...deleting everything, so you can understand my frustration. i have already called to disconnect my services with sprint, but they promised me the 6800...we'll see. they promise a lot when you ask to disconnect. anyway...please help.
I found out that the problem with my phone is that the back cover is kinda loose. The lock at the right side was damaged, and that's why it keeps on soft resetting. I changed my back cover and now it's ok again. Hope this helps. Thanks!
