hi i really need help, yesterday i was messing with the phone by installing softwares for it, when i finished installing the software and i did a soft reset the phone freeze after the sreen show up..
i mean i can turn it on and off but when it got the the windows screen it just freeze i can not even do anything i try pressing all the button including the windows button but it shows nothing it just stay blank..but some how when i hold the power button for a few second it show up saying i can reset by clicking yes..that power button only works..all the other button dont work..i guess even the touch screen dont work..it just stay blank...
i really need help just got the phone about 3 days ago.and please show me how to hard reset..
i can't seem to find the voice command button and the communication button!! i dont know where they are located!! please help me
to hard reset a 9525 you hould down two of the soft keys which are the "contact" button and "notification" button
please add this in the hard reset thread for the 8525 it will be useful
