I have found my phone the call forwarding settings. It gives the multiple options, but the one that intrigue me is the "unavailable" option. I assume there is a setting in my phone that I can switch that tells the phone I am unavailable and the phone calls would be sent to the specified number.
What I need to do is quickly turn forwarding on and off when I go in and out of meetings. Is there an easy way to that that? I am guessing if I change the number next to "unavailable" to my assistants number, when I switch my phone to unavailable (somehow), she can take all my calls and they won't go to voicemail. There has to be a difference between "unavailable" an "no answer".
I guess my question is how do I change my phone to show I'm unavailable?
