I have a cingular 8125 for a couple of months now and was reading on how to change the alarm rings on this site, which worked (Thank u ppc addicts). But a couple days later the alarm would go off at a time that i didnt have it set for currently but that i have used in the passed. The thing thats really got to me was that i couldnt shut it off!! The alarm dismiss button was nowhere to be found so i would have to wait for the alarm to shut of on its own. I tryed soft reseting it which did nothing but start the alarms all over again. I broke down and did a software reset which fix that problem for awhile but now it is doing it again, thou now i am able to dismiss the alarm but its still annoying to have it go off at a time i dont have it set for.
yeah, mine was all screwy too... I did the 33-66-100 ring thing but it rang at 33-20-10 it just started quite and got even quiter. So I made a vibrating one and it worked for mabey a day then nothing worked at all, not even my alarms. I just changed it back to apw3r and it STILL didn't work.. so I did a soft reset and made sure everything worked and now it's back to normal.
Ill just keep it how it is I guess :P
