I just bought a Dopod 830 on Ebay. The seller neglected to tell me it was Windows Mobile Chinese version. I talked to the guys at Dopod and was told that if they were sold in China , then it can not be changed. However, I read a post somewhere that it is not the case. The women said she flashed her phone and installed the english version. Since the seller refuses to refund me, is there anyone who can explain how this is done. any help would be greatly appreciated
