I forgot the password to my T-Mobile MDA Vario

i never locked my phone and some idiot toying with my phone has now locked it! i tried all the default passwords to no avail. How do i get pass this? I've been strictly using my Blackberry all weekend because of this. someone help me please!!! T-Mobile was absolutely no help.

Well, reading the owner's manual to the Cingular 8125 (same thing), you have to, "follow the instructions in your owner's manual to clear memory before you can access your device."
Obviously not the ideal choice, but there isn't much else you can do at the time.

I've joined this forum in hopes that someone can help me. I have a T-mobile MDA and I haven't used in a while and I'm sure as you've guessed, I've forgotten the 4 digit passcode. I've been scouring all over the net trying to find something to let me back in to my phone. I know I can do a hard reset, but there are some really important things on this phone that I really need to get access to. Please, if there is anyway to get into this phone, please let me know. I've tried different numbers and the timer is currently at 255 seconds and gets longer with each wrong guess. Please help if you can.
