I have the 8125 with a 4gb SD card...Ive installed things like games to the card. Is there a way to simply copy the card to a duplicate SD card to have as a backup? I've tried using the spb backup and then restore to the new card, but that didn't work.
If you have access to a host PC with a card reader, it is much faster to take the card from your device and use the card reader to make a copy on the PC's hard drive. You can then put the second card into the reader, format it, and copy the card contents onto it. Either card should then function in your device. Since the registry entries are in the device's on-board memory, swapping cards will not create function problems.
