[Cing 8125] Text Msg's not sending or recieving

I've done a quick search...haven't found a post about this issue.

I am currently enjoying my new 8125. I love this phone to death, but have encountered a major problem; I cannot send or receive text messages. When I attempt to send one, it goes on about like everything is fine; absolutely no error messages. Ive tried sending text messages from my wife's phone as well as others, and I still get nothing. Ever. Email, however, works perfectly.

Any ideas as to what the issue might be?

Here is some additional information. When I try to send a text or SMS message, it will try 2 or 3 times before giving me a message "user barred". This happens for all contacts I try to send to.

I seriously need some help here. Any help will do!
