hey all. i just purchase a sprint pocket pc6700, its my first smart phone and i am pretty clueless as to how to opperate it. anyway i encountered quite a problem with it already. its still registered under the previous owners ESN. he owes a pretty substantial amount on his bill and sprint refuses to switch his phone because of it. ive been told that there is a way to type in some 4 digit code to reset the phone to how it was before it was registered under anyone. does anyone here know how to do that? when i took the phone to sprint to do it, they claimed they couldnt do that because i am not the person the phone is registerred to. also the original owner cant do it because he physically needs the phone in his possession to do so and he doesnt have it, i do. any help is appreciated, thanks!
