Slow refresh rate??

When i`m accesing programs or exiting them it takes a while to show up the desktop. It shows by parts. Is this ok?

There certainly is a problem but more details is needed to help you. What device do you have? Could be that you have a lot of apps running in the background and you need to close them. Do you have a Task Manager?

MioA701, i have a task manager. I closed all my programs and the same.

What is your memory status? Check if you have any temp files. Try SK Tools, it's a good clean up software: Http://www.s-k-tools.com

Glad to help It's good practice to soft reset your device at least once a month. I do it every week.
