can anyone help me regarding forgotten password. when it turns on it goes to password screen but i dont know abt password. can any one tell me how to retrieve password or how to do hard reset to bypass that password. plz i will be very thankful
Welcome to Pocket PC Addict arehman79! I'm not exactly sure on how to retrieve the password, so I would suggest a hard reset. But know that a hard reset will erase everything on your device. All software and applications installed will be lost.
To hard reset while holding down the power button press in on the reset button (reset hole) located on the bottom next to the usb with your stylus for about 5 seconds. Hope this helps and good luck!
