You can use youtube grabber. Its a program to download videos. Then you can find a coverter to convert to wmv or mpg.

Directly from Cingular forums:

ANY web site that uses flash animation to show their video WILL NOT STREAM on the 8525 nor the 8125...HTC does not have a flash animation decoder -- Adobe has made some mention on working on developing something that might work down the road but currently such a creature does not exist--

SO ---
sites like foxnews.com WILL NOT stream as it runs under flash
youtube.com will NOT stream as it runs under flash
etc
etc
To check if the site you want to watch on your 8525 will work, open the site on your regular computer - open a sample video and begin to watch it. Right click on it. If it indicates Adobe Flash, or Flash Animator, and any "Flash" software running the video, it will NOT stream on any HTC pda phone.

About halfway down the page...the 8125/8525 will not do flash based video. I tried Orb, it works but it's a pain...most of those vids not worth the trouble to me...

Another alternative >HERE<
