removing icons from the Programs folder

I am new to windows mobile 5. I have a vodafone v1640

I installed a couple of programmes and then unistalled them. The icons in the Progams folder are still there. Can anyone tell me how to remove them?

Using your file explorer of choice, navigate to Windows\Start Menu\Programs and delete the .lnk files for the deleted apps.
