Getting rid of phone pin number

How do I get rid of my pin number on my Mda t-mobile phone? I tried to hard reset it ( http://www.pocketpcaddict.com/forums...pocket-pc.html )

But didn't work, is there anyway I can get rid of the pin number?

Need infomation ASAP
