There are several ways to do this. It is a registry setting that many apps can change for you if you wish, including registry tweakers such as Tweaks2k2. A free app called UI Tweaker is available that lets you manipulate many aspects of your theme, including the Today screen font. You can download it from most freeware sites such as pocketpcfreewares.com or freecabs.com.
