Question that needs lots of help

How do you add applications to your WM5 smartphone.

How do you install a:

.zip file with the exe file and all it's contents
and a Cab file?

A guide with pics would be very helpful.
Thanks.

Also, can someone tell me where I can get tcpmp, and which link to choose when it directs you to a download, then how to install it?
